Meet the Nurses and Creators

Theresa McConnell, RN and Samantha Rambo, APRN have over 15 years of combined nursing experience. In addition to earning nursing degrees, they both have earned certifications as health coaches.

After working with many women, and being busy nurses, moms, and wives, themselves, Theresa and Samantha soon realized the daily struggles and time constraints women face when it comes to finding time for self-care including disease management.
